During exam: live human proctor, continuous webcam, periodic screen capture. Capture pipeline = ScreenCaptureKit + AVFoundation, both honor window privacy. The overlay is invisible. A+, Network+, Security+ all use the same delivery infrastructure - the questions differ but the capture surface is identical.
